Happy 2026! Let’s start the year with something fun.

The internet shortly became the place of love and joy and sharing that I remember it for: a volunteer who found all (?) Urban Sketching groups in Germany, official and unofficial, reached out to me to send social media links and contact details he found so I include them on the spartan overview page I maintained.

To honor this amazing work, I made the website less spartan, and we expanded the list from 3 to 85 listings! (Thanks, Stefan, for all that work!)

We made sure to protect the privacy of fellow sketchers and removed all email addresses from our data that didn’t clearly sound like they were a group address. So private addresses and names were not published so far. I reached out to everyone to ask whether they want their name and/or address to be published online.
